What’s the hardest real estate item to market that you can think of? This was the challenge that SaleAMP CEO Paul Kirchoff leveraged on twitter. The idea was to pick the hardest piece of real estate to sell, and he would employ the SaleAMP system to test its effectiveness. Kirchoff got the idea after having success generating interest for a trailer park in San Marcos, Tex. through his propreitary internet marketing system. The top three challenges that came back were: Industrial warehouse space in Detroit, Mich., a six foot island in the Atlantic, and an underground cave. Which one did he pick?
