After receiving an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, Paul held a storied career At Dell Computer Corporation, he started many new lines of business in one of the fastest-growing companies in history. Inspiron laptop product line was one such endeavor, growing from zero to $1.5 billion in its first year. After six years, Paul founded his own marketing technology company that he eventually sold to the largest NASDAQ player in the industry. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer for several large and venture-backed firms and has extensive experience in cutting-edge demand generation, product marketing, outsourcing and all aspects of business management.
Paul has also self-published a novel with over 4,000 sales with all proceeds going to charity (www.kirchpandrews.com), wrote/directed/produced a film and has been lead singer in a rock band.
As SaleAMP's Chief Architect, Ryan Addams brings with him a history of designing and developing innovative technological solutions across a wide spectrum of properties, including email-based marketing, web properties and CRM systems. Previously, Ryan was a senior member directing industry leader Acxiom's transactional messaging software, serving clients such as Sprint/Nextel, HP, Sephora and True Credit. Prior to Acxiom, Ryan was a senior member at Digital Impact and Director of Technology at Message Effect. He acquired a strong foundation in web development across a variety of platforms and languages from his work at Saper Media Group (sold to a leading web advertising company, Cyberplex) and as a co-founder and Director of Technology at Portaris, which passed $1million in sales during its first year of operations.
Ryan also founded the game company Ingenii Interactive and designed and developed the award-winning Internet-based multiplayer adventure game Materia Magica, which has been attracting thousands of players worldwide for over 12 years.
Jonathan Tick is SaleAMP's President of Sales for the Canadian region. As an accomplished sales director and marketer, his vision and expertise in business performance has driven notable enterprise growth in the web design and IT sectors and has been directly responsible for millions of dollars in sales. Offering a unique blend of creativity and an aptitude for operational excellence, Jonathan has achieved stellar results in focusing the companies he has led (Hexabomb Studios and WebAffairs Inc.). He has a solid reputation as someone who can deliver both growth and profitability, and he successfully led both companies to reach record profitability by taking a hands-on approach to sales, cost reduction initiatives and orchestrating key strategic partnerships.
